As it’s such an horrendous day weather wise, what better way to spend a relaxing Sunday than watching some cricket.

lots of changes for England today, brilliant to see Mahmoud bought in, I think he is a star of the future and returns for Ali and Rashid which is great to see also.

SA batting first 40 - 1 off 11 overs, Mahmoud with the wicket.
 
It’s all going on here, reviews when there shouldn’t be reviews, umpires cocking it up, South Africa batsman given out then allowed review they didn’t have, now wicket anyway as clean bowled! SA 95 - 3
 
Cricket equivalent of a VAR cockup there - vDD reprieved when SA should have had no reviews left
Crazy decision from Bavuma to review - the ball before looked very close as well
Both Rashid and Ali are class acts and are suffocating the saffers here.

Rashid bowls de Kock - suffocated by the two spinners and ended up trying to whack Rashid out of the ground with inevitable consequences

Great control shown by England there - I feel we should win providing no-one does anything stupid
No need for Bairstow and Roy to go crazy here, if they stay in for 10 overs then we will be well on the way to a victory
This is virtually an England 2XI playing SA's first team and we are still very competitive - Morgan is fantastic captain
 
That was a good win for a much changed side. Yes it was tighter than it needed to be but getting over the line is all that matters. On to the T20 games and hopefully the completion of a successful tour of South Africa.
