Ben, freshly squeezed lemon with a sprinkle of sugar.
Still rather have Redcurrant Jelly. Make sure it's not too runny, try Tescos own.

I know i used to neck neat orange from the bottle when my folks were not watching ........... but if memory recalls the whole family used to do this for Shrove Tuesday! ...... takes all sorts.
