As they announce a sequel to Chicken Run, best animated movie of all time.

I still loved the first Despicable Me 😄

Toy Story is a good shout, as is Shrek. Genuinely something for everyone in both.

Haven't seen it for years, but remember loving Spirited Away when I first saw it. I think any animated Top 10 list needs at least one Studio Ghibli film in there - consistently good.

Despicable me films and Wallace and Grommit any day ,though Shrek is excellent too.
Films even as an OAP make me laugh and bring out the inner Kid that if we are honest still lurks somewhere in everyone...ok may be not in the case of certain of our fellow( sic) posters.

Finding Nemo was just too emotional😉😉😉

Although an older one, it's got to be The Polar Express for me. The animation and CGI is way ahead of its time.

For me it's Coco.
Saw it at the cinema with my daughter and the animation was stunning on the big screen. Great story to go with it as well.

Anything with Wallace and Gromit .. although a few too many Preston connections there .. maybe Nick Park was Wallacesleftboot 😄

Koko Goes Loco. A crazed fat buffoon realises his inheritance has been decimated by the actions of an East European superhero. He tries to spawn a super race of evil offspring with the Princess Amanda at a place called The Pleasure Dome. However his seed has diminished to nothing and he is officially declared a Jaffa. Will have you laughing your tangerine socks off.

An animated film that came out fairly recently that I thoroughly enjoyed was "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse". My childhood love of Spider-Man probably contributed somewhat to my opinion of it!

When you allow for the technology that was available at the time compared to recently and now, Fantasia takes some beating. As for animation added to the film try Song of the South, if it's still available! Zipadee doo da.

The Simpsons movie, South park: bigger, longer, uncut, Pokemon (first movie), Dragonball Z: resurrection F

My kids would probably vote for any of the Frozen or Toy Story franchises.

Me and the missus would probably argue over different Ghibli films - Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Porco Rosso, Cat Returns, etc, etc!

Loved Song of the South as a kid. Just looked it up on Wiki and apparently it’s unavailable on any home format due to racist connotations and glorifying the plantation system!

Long live Br’er Rabbit.

The first 10 minutes of Up, blimey, not a dry eye....
Remember sitting down to watch this not knowing anything about the film. Was in bits after those 10 minutes, especially having been through some of that myself.

As for the best film, Moana is a good one. And Frozen 2 is actually better than the original, which is seen as a classic in this house.

Into the Spider-Verse was hands down the best MCU film.....even beats Avengers: End Game.....
I also liked Kubo and the 2 strings and there is a movie called Klaus which is on Netflix which is a hidden gem
But nothing beats Pixar....Try YouTube for the Pixar (short movies) La Luna and Coin operated are my favourites...well worth watching

I agreed with Clappers choice of Jungle Book but really I find it impossible to choose.
Not a Wallace and Grommit fan so they don't figure for me and neither does Frozen or Despicable Me. But the Toy Stories, Shreks and Finding Nemo were all brilliant and I've spent many a happy our watching those films with my youngest lad and now the grandkids.
Also honourable mention for Up which was a tearjerker and I really fancied Mrs Incredible in the Incredibles.

Marge Simpson is a stunner, Homer is definitely punching above his weight !

I remember seeing an animated version of the first Lord of the Rings book which was really good - don't think the other two were ever made!
bit pedantic but it covered half of The Two Towers so it was half of the trilogy. Think it ended with Helms Deap.

Quite enjoyed it - Shame they never made part 2.
