Just got my phone screen time through and last week spent an average of 5 hours and 46 mins on my phone every day!! That's a quarter of the day on my phone 😳 Anyone else guilty of spending their life looking at a small screen!

P.S. At least an hour a day was on this site!!

5 hours and 46 minutes would be good going for me. I'm embarrassed to give my figure.

  2. Tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
  3. The chart shows your phone use today. For more info, tap the chart. For example: Screen time: What apps you've had on screen and for how long. ...
  4. To get more info or change app settings, tap a listed app.
 
I did 32 hours 40 minutes last week.😬
More than a whole day on my phone wish I wouldn't have opened this thread now.🤣
 
I use my phone more than anything to watch sport on as invariably the family are using the TVs. So a TV more than a phone / social media.
 
Quite smug in the fact I only had an average of 57 mins .. that was until I looked at my iMac stats .. 7 hrs 27 mins a day 😖
