Oh dear. Has Sadler made a public statement.

Covered on the other thread, old news going back to early 2021, since then Simon has pledged to invest 30 million so can't see him doing that if there was an issue.

They probably deal with loads of companies and banks, BOFA had suspended trading, citibank partly, Goldman Sachs continued.

"The fund has not been accused of any wrongdoing and it is not known whether Segantii has been contacted by US authorities in relation to any of its trades."
