I see Oscar the blade runner Pistorius has just been granted Parole from a parole board hearing this morning and is now to be released on parole next January.

right or wrong?

Not sure about this one I’m pretty sure he won’t commit a crime like this ever again so little or no risk to anyone but he never did tell the truth at his trial and how he thought it was a burglar in his house.

I’m sure Reeva’s parents are thrilled at the news.

I agree.

Let’s not forget in this country we jailed Andy Pilley for 14 years just for swindling some of his customers.

Only positive is that he'll be a persona non grata and a social pariah for the rest of his existence.

It wasn’t a spur of the moment thing. It was a cold blooded murder for which he showed no remorse. I’m not convinced it couldn’t happen again. Seems far too soon for me. I can’t believe it was eleven years ago though.

His story was all lies to me. I think the trial showed he’s very easy to anger and the red mist descended. That, coupled with RSA’s laws which make guns very accessible, turned a domestic incident into horrific murder. Should have been a 25-year sentence rather than 13 years given for “manslaughter”.
