I can't say I have ever got 3 right in the same show but I do remember beating my brother 2-1 thanks to the old method of answering Beethoven to every question that had anything to do with classical music.

My wife is an avid fan. She averages about 13 or 14 correct answers, with her record at 18. She thinks that most of the students know their degree subject but have little general knowledge. I think her comment was 'some of them are thick'

Best quizzes to go to are pubs full of students. Think they know everything but you'll be of an age closer to the quizmaster and will always win.
