Passing of the ball

We lacked the final ball and, for me, enough shots at the keeper, however I did think our ball retention and passing was as good as during Ollie's era. If that is what Dunn has instilled in just a few weeks then he's done a good job

Think Madine struggled - maybe carrying an injury
He never seemed to be where the ball was when whipped Neither was he able to hold the ball up and play others in
If Gnando had played last night I think we'd have won more convincingly

Madine has quite an upright running positio. He's not the most mobile of players. But without Gnando we need a target man.

If you track back to that first goal we must have put about a dozen passes together?

I don't actually think theres much difference in Gnands and Madine. One is better with the ball on the floor, one is better with the ball in the air but largely similar players. What did show last night was having someone with pace up there and good on the ball made a big difference. At times there was some excellent play between him and Ronan or Feeney on the other side. Do I think ultimately that guy is fonz….no cos his finishing is poor but there was a real threat in behind for a change. Passing much better though and with some confidence will improve more

Like Dunn said - first half (albeit against poor opposition) - best I’ve seen us play for a long time.
Even if we’d drawn that game, first time in a while I’ve been really engrossed in a game of football at BFC!
