MrsDP has just opened the Mail.
Yes, 14.30 p.m. and the mail has arrived.
She told me that when she reaches 80 years of age, September this year, she will get an increase on her
State Pension of 25P per week.
I might get a new car.

Is she not getting an 8% rise though from May 1st Dave?
I got a letter last week from them saying my state pension was rising by 8% from May 1st.
Coupled with my BAES pension rise of just under 4% I’m getting a 12% rise didn’t get anywhere near that when I was working. 😮😀

If the State Pension and work pension are roughly the same amount you'll have an overall 6% rise.
 
Jaffa the Hut you must of been in management with that working out
Looking at both mine it's approx 5%

Stop trying to spoil it please.

I was counting up my savings as well over the last couple of years they’ve gone up by another 4% as well.

Life’s not all grim under the Tories it’s just I’m not afraid to admit it. 😉

Thought the BAES pension raise was capped at 3% 🤔
