Perspective

Critchley will be the first to admit he isn’t perfect and doesn’t know everything. This is his second season in football. He is developing into a very good coach. He’ll make mistakes along the way, just as long as he gets more calls right than wrong it’s all good

We’re 11 points clear of the relegation zone
Only 5 points off the playoffs
We’re 11th in the championship

Today wasn’t great, bump in the road. We live and learn. Roll on Luton
I'm not sure there's that much of a negative reaction on here, most realise it's just what you've said, apart from the usual suspects who turn back up after a loss. Odd people, I just ignore them now, they're negativity vampires.

I think peeps are pissed off because of the line up and that it was a winnable game. Look at what you could 'av won comes to mind

I understand absolutely why he picked the team he did, but it was too much about them and not us.

Hopefully next weekend there will be more attacking intent from all over.

Yeah I know, I personally don't bother too much about little mistakes these days. I don't get angry or annoyed at anyone in any aspect of life as long as people's intentions are good.

There is no doubt we are exceeding expectations but similarly I'd still like to be giving it a right go - attracts new talent, brings in more fans and sets us up for next season.

Hopefully this is our traditional Christmas blip early. It's clear that we will strengthen where we can in January, and with the current points total, we shouldn't be looking over our shoulder. I think the flurry of good results and the play-off position we were in has given some people an inflated idea of expectations this season. To stay in this league was the primary aim, if we finish mid-table or higher, then that is a bonus and shows the progress we have made in the last 12-18 months. What is there to be negative about? We've got one of the best and ambitious young manager/owner combinations in the country, along with the loudest home fans. All good.
