Nah that’s a red all day long as far as I’m concerned. His studs are up and foots up off of the ground. He also arrives late into the tackle. PNE can’t have any complaints.

It's one of those that you can fully understand why the ref gave a red but on another day would have been a yellow. Both players go to ground, Evans just times his tackle late. As with most of these incidents, slow motion makes it look worse. I doubt they'll contest it and that says a lot.
