PNEIS online - A new level of delusion

They are now clinging onto some shitty article about atmosphere based on some ratings.

Laughable result.

I'll just leave this here, thier own commentators who BTW sit right next to the PNE fans in the away end on their last visit....

Hmmm..

We've even had praise from visiting managers, like the QPR boss and the ex rovers boss Mowbray.

That data is a complete load of bollox.

No doubt Sheffield United can be noisy, however when we went there all you could hear was pool fans the whole game.

Oh I'll just put this here too, but I guess its not on the random website so doesn't count 🙄

But of course, now we have a long way to go before we match them apparently 😂 absolutely deluded.

Independent scrutiny.... I suppose we paid the qpr boss and rovers manager, Bournemouth guys, nobber commentators etc etc 😂 absolute mongs.

I'd say Dumpdale was far away the loudest stadium I went to last season and possibly the loudest fans I've ever seen in my lifetime.... I assume they're not like that every week obviously, but they were certainly quite amazing really.

I almost feel guilty taking the piss out of how thick they are, like kicking a confused deluded kitten.

The Preston manager after the 2-0 praised the atmosphere.

No surprise it was the two faced @Norfolk White who posted it. Pretends to be all reasonable on here and doesn't speak his mind but then runs back all giddy, be yourself you two faced tool.

I happen to think @Off Duty Trip is a decent nobber, even if he did pretend to be a Pool fan at first.....
Why two faced? I come on your board and try to be respectful and I have never claimed to be anything other than a North End fan and after all it is just banter 😉 so I don’t know why you are getting upset 🤷‍♂️

You come on here, act all civilized and decent then go back over there and post something derogatory like a 5 year old. And you do it every time.

If you cannot see how infantile your actions are then you really are either lacking social awareness or you are as thick as mince. Or both.

Take a deep breath boys......swim past and don't bite

Let them think whatever they want..... Their thoughts are as irrelevant as their team

Got under your skin did it 😢

The article in question is completely neutral.
Not sure how it can be portrayed as spin by us, it’s definitely subjective but it’s not been manipulated in any way, it’s there in black and white.
I did state in my post on PNE-online that I didn’t think that you lot wouldn’t like it and I am correct so have I told any lies or are you being very touchy?
I find your reactions to me posting this on the PNE MB quite funny 😂

Just the way you come across. We don't need you to pretend to be respectful, be yourself.

ah bless ‘em the knobbers clinging on to anything no matter how pathetic - as a football club they are basically skint , when was the last time they bid over a million for a player, never mind they will have flag waving before the game on saturday.

Never said you made up that article or the data. But it's clearly a load of crap.

The fact some are buying into it and we've got a way to go to match you is laughable, Deepdale had been renowned for shite atmospheres for years, your own fans even say at times.

The atmosphere at Bloomfield Road has been fantastic last season, the proof in the op by your own commentators, other fans etc says so. Plus I know as I was there, it's the best its been in ages.

The data from that site is probably years old and went through our boycott years. Scroll down on Bloomfield Road and see.

Latest reviews...

One by a pool fan in the last 4 years....

Before that boycott territory and ancient...

Shite data.

Lets get one thing straight... its utter bollux.

When your lot came to Bloomers, several of your 'fans' were impressed by our atmosphere and noise, as was your Manager.

Several visiting Managers have also made the same comment, as have numerous fans of numerous clubs.

TV presenters/commentators have also mentioned the 'rocking' atmosphere.

As away fans for the amount we take, we are second to none and are warmly applauded for being the 'best fans' and very noisy regularly.

Coming from a town that props its dead up in bus shelters, then takes them to Sleepdale is somewhat embarrassing.

If Risedale doesn't have his mardi-pants on, and lets the Mighty have the full stand with at least 5000 attending, well show you what proper fans are.

ALWAYS IN OUR SHADOW

A lot of the reviews are from 2009. !!!!???

Others are from the Scum era when there was a boycott.

Jeez

You state that the article is a load of rubbish and then go and post a load of clap trap yourself, bit hypercritical isn’t it of you!
I have never said that I agree with that article as I have never been to your ground but end of the day the article is based on 500+ other clubs fans and as for it being the views of opposing fans during the boycott years then why publish it now. You are a tad touchy aren’t you if anyone/thing is cryptical of ‘pool.
As for how many tickets you will get this time I guess will depend on how many your lot give us.
As for being in your shadow, when was the last time you had a:
-higher finish in the league?
-average higher attendance?
-got further than us in the FA Cup?
I look forward to your answers to these questions

Well we have bought at least two players in the last two seasons that cost us over £1million, one costing over £1.5million.
How many times have you spent over a £1million on a player and how many in the last two seasons?
Just carry on believing stories about us being skint if it makes you feel better.

Scroll down and look at the 'latest reviews'

Either we're not seeing thousands or there's hardly any and their number of members visited stat doesn't correlate to the scores and is based on something else.

Either way a load of crap.

Scrolled down, and except for one, 'latest reviews' start at 2018 and then get much older. Certainly not relevant to what the atmosphere is now.

Is this your idea of ‘banter’ 🤣

You are such a boring bastard, honest, so dull.

Undies round your ankles again over a transfer fee 🤣 you must be so bored at home. Are you on your own? And don’t count Deepdale Duck as a human being.

Yeah but there's only a handful of reviews in total. The way it stated 49k have visited, no idea how thats calculated, unless you have to log in to suddenly see thousands of reviews, but seems very unlikely.

If their scores are made off the actual reviews scores then it's even more laughable data than I thought.

I cba registering to find out but it would be interesting if, based on such a small sample size, someone left a 5 star review and if the average moved at all off 1 it would be a joke.

Wouldn't surprise me if their numbers were bullshit, as if 49k people are going to leave reviews for Blackpool on a site no ones ever heard of.

There was a question and I gave the answer or don't you read the posts but just guess (and a poor one at that) as to what I was posting about? BTW, you do know that Deepdale Duck isn't real don't you, but then again you probably do think he's a real gigantic duck that dresses up in a football kit. Best ask your mummy to stop telling you all these fairy tails 👍

This is what I mean.

A grown man, on a teams message board he apparently hates, telling someone to “ask their mummy’ over Deepdale Duck not being real 😂
Banter off the charts.

Ah the good old days when you could kick a deluded confused kitten without it being all over social media, joking obviously before I get loads of abuse from confused deluded kitten owners, I am allergic though so I give them a slight non aggression kick if I’ve not got my periton to hand

They have been dying for that ever elusive evidence that their support is better than ours. Then they see this absolute shambles of a report which is clearly over the boycott years and all lose their minds 🤣🤣🤣

Honestly, they take the piss out of Blackpool (donkey shaggers, smack heads, drag queens blah blah blah blah) but fuck meeeeee, every single one of them comes across as brain dead.

Absolute thickos the lot of them.

I haven’t had chance to read the whole article yet but noticed it mentions food and facilities which let’s be honest are not the best in your away stand, would imagine you were marked down on that ?

Best atmosphere in the Championship?

Discussion
Just curious to hear about who you all believe has the best atmosphere in the league. Definitely lots of good grounds, but Id say a toss up between Luton, Sheffield, Nottingham, and Derby. Seem fair?

But of course, there’s going to be some degree of bias from me! I’d love to hear your opinions!

Reading, obviously 🤣🤣🤣

In all seriousness, its Blackpool by a mile for me, didn't stop chanting the whole game.

I've not been to all grounds, but the ones I have been to Forest were the best for volume and consistency.

Always helps when the home team is winning I suppose.

Huddersfield or Forest for me. Huddersfield I went to for a nothing game in the FA Cup, and Forest away was the first game of the season under Karanka (that season they thought they may go up). Both really stick out.

It’s definitely not Stoke.

Our atmosphere has been killed by the beige surrender footie we’ve been served up the last few years.

Forest easy I would say, at least this season for sure. Honourable mentions Blackpool, Luton and derby.

I've only been to about half the grounds in the league, and of course atmospheres can change from game to game and season to season, so it depends whether you catch a club at a good or bad time on their trajectory. The ones I remember being loudest are Forest and QPR - but again, those are just snapshots of specific games and might not represent the way they always are. I was also at one of the very last games at Griffin Park and it was rocking. Some clubs are hit or miss (for example, both of the Boros, in my personal experience) and other grounds are always quiet - although I won't name names because I don't come here for arguments.

I'm bias but I lose my voice nearly every game from singing all game at Forest and I know I'm not alone

The home end is usually full which helps and after the boycott it's just nice to be back.

Any team with a bowl stadium you can rule out straight away, sorry Reading, Derby, Coventry etc. I think lately Forest have been generating good atmospheres, particularly the FA cup games. Huddersfield, Millwall & Luton generate good intimidating atmospheres I’ve noticed. Sheff U meh. Bournemouth is what you’d expect from southern Tory posh boys. Preston can be pretty decent.

As for us, well lately it’s been terrible for obvious reasons. But Oakwell is a bit shit these days, it’s in need of some TLC, but the open corners isn’t great for the acoustics.

If Archibald Leech could witness those bowls..

And his mentor, Archibald Leitch, may also have a few things to say.

If bowls are bad for atmosphere and open corners aren't great for the acoustics, what would you say is the best set up?

I quite like a traditional ground with 4 stands, like Millwall, QPR, and Blackburn, but can't say I'm a fan of the elliptical-shaped stands like Huddersfield and Bolton. Bowls are what they are and can have a good atmosphere as long as they're well attended. A half empty bowl does not generate a good atmosphere on the whole.

can you really call The Den as a ground traditional?

Well it's relatively new but it does have a somewhat traditional configuration.

Genuine question flair aside cos Im not a massive fan of PP looks wise but why rule out bowl stadiums automatically

Kenilworth Road has an average match attendance of 96% capacity. On an average matchday it's loud, cheek-by-jowel, and as such the energy spreads around the ground like a wildfire. It's great.

Hard for me to judge kenilworth road cos the only time I’ve been was your first game back in the championship, it was bouncing like

Have you been in the Premier league ?
When did the nobbers last make a bid of 1 million plus for player ?
When do the nobbers stop giving free tickets away
FACT youve only got 11500 season tickets this year because they had to drop the price to £280 and free kids

do ya ODT pretend to be a Tangerine? How did you get caught out or did ya come clean i the end?
