Police end partygate investigation

£6000 collected in fines and it only cost half a million to investigate. Bargain.

Oh and 6300 unsolved burglaries and 3300 unsolved street robberies in London in the same period.
Cheaper than paying all the fines back to the public across the country who were fined, which they would of had to do. Can be the only reason for this ridiculous investigation, 12 officers, 0.5 million spent.

Not quite sure how Boris escaped more fines when we have seen the photos of the other events he at least seemed to have been at?

Maybe his colleague Diane will address the envelope for him and it will soon be en route to Durban South Africa.😮😜😂

Seems he's late with a lot of things presently. No doubt trying to work out whether there were six, nine or fifteen present and whether or not, his deputy was there or not!!!

Sir Kier is no doubt being meticulous in his response...his future depends on the outcome. He will have contacted everyone present at the event to find out ... who did or didn’t have bollocks and whether they were identifying as having bollocks at that time 👍😁

Now then, there's a question. Can women have bollocks? 😵‍💫

More women fined than men. Doesn’t quite fit with the narrative that we need more women in government as the men are so goddamn bad behaved.

It’s been said that the women working in No.10 cooperated with Sue Gray and gave detailed accounts believing that it would all stay “in-house”. In other words... being honest within the sisterhood. However, when the Met announced its investigation Sue Gray grassed them all up by sending her draft report and all the photos she had been given to the cops. That’s why so many women were fined.

However, those people who were less trusting refused to talk with Sue Gray, and some got fully lawyered up, while others simply refused to properly fill in the questionnaires sent by the police, answering “No comment”. And many just deleted all their cellphone photos. Without hard evidence on those lot the cops decided to take it no further.

If you were in a party photo and someone positively identified you then you probably got a £50 fine. Rishi Sunak turned up to a work meeting in the Cabinet Room 10 minutes early and got sucked into Bozo’s birthday gathering = £50 fine. But if you actually organised a garden party and sent out 200 BYOB invitations like the Cabinet Secretary did, but did not interact with investigations, then you got off because it was “your place of work”.

If Keir Starmer has any sense, he will reply to all questions on the Durham Police form with the same sentence... “It was a pre-planned work meeting.”
