Get rid now. No point in delaying the inevitable. He's lost the crowd and I wouldn't be surprised the dressing room. Salvage what we can and give fans a reason to buy a season ticket come May or the fall in numbers I reckon will be about 20%

Sack him now,no reason to wait.Give the new manager maximum time to see who to get rid of at the end of the season.

Didn't want him to start with. It was shocking against Oxford and shocking against Southend but lucky they are even worse than us so managed to get 3 points.

Didn't watch last night as i valued sleep instead but i can imagine it was poor

The thing is about this poll it doesnt really cover the fact that if he is to be sacked anyway then theres little point wasting time. Either caretaker till end of season or get the new man in now with time to bed in with new and existing players. That way the feel good factor will bounce back and we can build the fanbase again for the remainder with big games coming up and for next season.

The extra timescales beyond the immediate "Sack Now" are intended to allow the option of him coming good.

If we win the next four games in February, then that would be proclaimed as a massive turnaround, and Larry's formula is finally working. Similarly, if we get to the play-offs by the end of the season. It would be crazy to sack him then.

The implication is that he gets sacked by those dates unless he turns it around.

There is only one person who can in reality answer the question as to when Grayson should go and that's Simon Sadler..... with the support of his CEO and board.

SS knows what objectives were given to Grayson when he was appointed as manager, and how far adrift of those we are at any given point in time. Can SG continue to convince SS as to progress and prospects?

If Ben Mansford is doing his job properly (and I'm sure he is) he will be succession planning to achieve Sadler's longer term objectives on and off the pitch including the next team manager/coach. No manager comes with a guarantee of success.
A major factor in timing will be who can do a better job than the current manager, is he available and at the right price. Also SS needs to consider and build the football world's impressions of the new BFC : are we a knee jerk, short termist club who sack the manager at the first poor run, or does he want to be seen as a patient long-term planner towards the promised rosy future? Mansford is a football man who will be advising based on his wealth of inside knowledge.

We the fans have expectations, partly set by Sadler when he took over the club, of entertaining and ultimately successful football. Irrespective of manager we will, and should, keep reminding him of these but also need to trust him to make the right decisions as custodian on our behalf.

Grayson will go - that's football, that's life. When should he go? I don't know but I trust a man who will know when the time is right!

Mr. Sadler has only made 2 mistakes since buying BFC. The first was employing Grayson, the second was giving him a 3 year contract.
