Reading New Manager Bounce

Clubs normally have a positive reaction when a new manager comes in Forest being a prime example but not so much at the Baggies at the moment. Be interesting to see if Reading will come good against us next Saturday with Paul Ince in charge who’s had no training ground / player interaction since he left us 8 years ago? Shocking appointment in my view for a team in serious relegation difficulties but hope it doesn’t bite us in the bollox!

First win in ages and the managers gone, I guess it happened before that, but typical we would face a previously hopeless team right when this happens.

Could have waited another week.

But will make it even funnier if we win.

If we play like we did against Bournemouth we will win.

Hopefully the pitch has had some time to recover too, after the storm clears, again, a few days sun to come later in the week....

I'm concerned. Not about Ince's long term ability to achieve success, not my business thankfully. But just in the immediate he'll have Reading fired, and add on that he knows he'll probably get at best a mixed reaction on Saturday. Tom will play at some point, and if he decides he's in the mood too, then we could be on for a hard day's work.

Bad timing for us this one.

I think both Tom and Paul will be desperate to get one over us on Saturday. Got very ill tempered away at Barnsley between the fans and Paul Ince and Tom was defending his dad. Think Tom might give it a bit to the north stand should he score as we all know won’t end well given they will probably react by throwing things.

The game at their place was turned by a 4-5-1 formation and Dale & Carey tearing them apart in the last 20 minutes.

Will be interesting to see if Critch sticks with 4-4-2 which worked well against Bournmouth until Mr Magoo stepped in or does he tinker…?

Sounds like Pince is developing Putin tactics!
