Well I don’t think I’d buy a book with pretty much a whole chapter blanked out. Another theory is the book was ready to go and then Sacha Baron Cohen said (and maybe produced evidence proving) it was a load of bollux. Who knows? But you can still be sued for defamation by innuendo. So this story may run and we may eventually find out what happened.
