Remaining Injury Free

Going to be the key for us between now and the end of the season. We just can't afford any more injuries at the back (btw - fair play to Thorniley - another clean sheet) - if we can get everyone back and keep those injuries away then what an opportunity!

Interesting reading some other forums how many other fans of sides are talking about an unlucky season injury-wise. Don't know the stats but I would hope that the strength of our squad might mean we can push through this period before we get players back whereas some teams with thinner squads who are overly-reliant on individual players might struggle if they get injured.

Yes as I`ve posted elsewhere it seems to me that we actually have a squad that gives excellent cover in almost all positions and with our heavier load of upcoming fixtures than any other team in League One we will certainly need it.

I'm hoping the Husband injury was a better safe than sorry scenario due to our current issues at the back, maybe Critch didn't want to risk him for one game which would mean he was out for the next however many..

It will be difficult remaining injury free with our fixture back log now, we have a hefty March coming up - lets just hope our new injuries will coincide with the return of players as well.

I think if we get another injury at the back, Stewart wouldn't be a bad emergency centre half and Dougall comes back in next to Matty.

We seem to have had a lot of hamstring injuries that Teddy Howe we have on loan to Scunthorpe has also
suffered from one could these injuries be caused by something they do in training?
