Why is it you only want to hear good stories rather than facts?
Do you know cat, I don't mind correcting the childish, non-factual propaganda from the LW oddballs on this site, but as it's my day of rest I won't bother educating them tonight. Sufficient to say that it's more of the usual inaccurate nonsense from the usual gloom-ridden posters. Having said that, it's not the constantly inaccurate posts that most on here find irritating, but the obvious relish that the misguided posters seem to derive from pouring scorn on their own country.
This may be a difficult concept for you to grasp, but every now and then it is nice to talk about Something Else.

12 months ago it would have been branded fearmongering or project fear. Now its reality, the new retort has shifted to remainers being delighted at adverse news. Neither points are valid, how about brexiteers telling us the benefits? You were all so keen to make the vaccine programme a benefit, I'm pointing out that brexiteers have overegged the pudding with that one, clutching at straws. I'll give you a benefit, the UK will be a tax haven for the rich and crooked money.

Typical response, completely avoiding the issues at hand and hiding behind a response like you're angry/remoaner etc. The angry types are the brexiteers who "won". I'm still waiting for one tangible benefit, I can partially understand wanting to avoid political union but leaving the single market and customs union is bonkers. I've got plenty to look forward to but I feel for young adults and children who will be paying back the covid debt and will have fewer option life.
You call it as avoiding the issues, I call it as just getting on with life. My world doesn't revolve around the decisions that politicians make. Each to our own of course but I find it rather sad that so many of you have such big chips on your shoulders simply because you didn't get what you wanted.. And your need to hide behind the excuse of how it affects the younger generation. Because let's face it, that's all it is. And fcuk me, you now shift it on to the covid debt which would have been with us whether we are in or out of the EU.
