Report: Hull sack McCann

That managerial change was mooted in the Athletic in the middle of last week.

I suspect Hull have moved from the fire to the frying pan in ownership terms.

Change of owner wanting to bring in loads of Turks, like Wolves did with Portuguese players.

New owner a TV personality in Turkey. Frying pan to fire is right in all likelihood

Good luck with that Turkey's current World ranking 37 behind the might of Iran and Japan the players can't be that good. 😁

I thought Hull were drek but then I caught them against Everton and in another game I forget and they really impressed me. I echo BHOK's sentiment above - would be miserable to be a plaything.

McCann will get another job soon enough. Solid record especially in L1.

Hull bringing in Shota Arvaladze, who I’m sure has a broad knowledge and understanding of Championship-level football…

Risky decision to replace the manager in their current circumstances, and bring in a manager from overseas who has never played or managed in England. If it's true.

This has just been confirmed. If their recent good form dips, the new owners won't be off to a great start.

Diabolical decision. They have been doing ok last 10 or so games and 6 points off Bournemouth (A) and Blackburn (H) we’re fantastic results. Should have waited till the end of the season Atleast
