Just been listening to motown songs especially the early stuff, Holland Dozier Holland wrote some of their finest, never the same when they left. RIP Lamont.

RIP. Responsible for some seriously good songs and a beautiful and unique sound.
I must admit I didn’t really appreciate the music at the time, although secretly I knew it was beautifully produced, but I certainly do now.
Motown has very definitely outlived most of the stuff I was listening to back then for sure.
