Who exactly is carrying him? None of them are playing well

I don't think you can pick out one player - especially Kaikai who has won us more games than anyone else outside of Yates

Embleton wasn't in the Sunderland team for a reason. Inconsistent and not ready for league1.
 
Trying wildly complicated moves when your passing is off isn't a great idea. It's a real struggle tonight, our subs have laboured too so far.

You can’t be watching the same game as me because our right back has done more in the opposition half in the game than Kai Kai. He’s been garbage tonight. May as well not have been on the pitch. Quite a few have been poor but at least some of them appear to be trying to put a shift in. Kai Kai has just gone missing. Yet again.

I haven't said he's had a good game, but picking out a player and saying he is stealing a living because of a bad game when in recent weeks prior during this run he's been the difference.
 
Not enough urgency early on tonight and getting what we deserved, should have gone for it from the off rather than pass it backwards and nontry anything.
 
He’s not been the difference at all. He has moments of brilliance that’s true. But the rest of the time he does nothing. We can’t afford him to do nothing and show up for 10 minutes every other game.

Agree with your last sentence totally. I’m beginning to think we should pick a game to rest as many players as poss, accept the result to freshen up a bit. Unless we get another Villa punishment.
 
Another game against a lower placed side where we just do not look like scoring in a million years. It's worrying. This side lacks creativity badly. Been saying it all season.

Their manager has won them the game with his changes. Critchley failed to respond and it has cost us.
