Yep. Like the focal point.Only seen highlights but he looks very useful in the air. I can see from those dozen goals he scored for Dundee what Bruce/scout has identified.
I’ve got a gut feeling we are getting a proper focal point here assuming he signs
Excellent news if proved correct . Also good to see someone who knows he was playing last season at Dundee Utd and not Dundee .Swapping the orange of Dundee United for the Tangerine.
First signing of the season.
Surely even the least itk person in the world can’t mess this up for us…Dread pool just give up pretending you know anything …it’s embarrassing for youIt would seem that terms are agreed on a 3 plus 1 year contract
Welcome to the real tangerines Sam
Cheers Dreadpool. It would seem that terms are agreed on a 3 plus 1 year contract

Wouldn’t of thought Steve Bruce goes to games without an indication there’s a chance of signing themWasn't it Dundee Utd, where Steve Bruce was recently spotted watching a game?
Jesus does this mean he's signed for Fleetwood :-)It would seem that terms are agreed on a 3 plus 1 year contract
Welcome to the real tangerines Sam
Reading that, it looks like Bolton are front runners for him. Especially as he was apparently at their stadium last week.https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport...ws/transfer-news-live-celtic-rangers-35321056 He's on holidays anyways

Tbf, even a broken clock is right twice a day.You have a success rate of 0%
Why would he go to Bolton stadium if they haven’t even agreed personal terms ? That’s complete bulshitHow do you know?
Maybe to have said discussions on personal terms? Why would he go to Bolton stadium if they haven’t even agreed personal terms ? That’s complete bulshit
Players go to look around stadiums and training grounds when a club is trying to sign them. It happens all the time, especiallywhen theyre free agents with multiple clubs after them. Its not that unusual. Why would he go to Bolton stadium if they haven’t even agreed personal terms ? That’s complete bulshit
Not bullshit at all. They get players in to have a face to face chat, wine and dine them and hope they like what they see. Its common for out of contract players. Every club does it, that's why having a good training ground is such a pull as taking a player to have a look at a state of the art training complex compared to portacabins can be the difference between who they sign for.Why would he go to Bolton stadium if they haven’t even agreed personal terms ? True, that’s why Holloway used to meet players at a hotel and wouldn’t show them the training ground until they’d signed. Not bullshit at all. Good, he’s rank rubbish, we can do ten times betterDaily Record now confirming that Bolton have made an offer according to Amos Wynn

As others have pointed out above, majority of those 73 outings were off the bench (behind the likes of Paul Mullin et al).I really can’t see all the excitement in this Dalby lad.
He’s just had a decent season in a league we all keep saying it’s on a par with league one but prior to that he scored just 7 goals in 73 outings for Wrexham who let’s not forget he’s had a season in league 2 and a season in the conference so he’s hardly set the world alight even in the lower leagues.
If he goes to Bolton or anywhere else for that matter it’s fine by me as far better players out there as the saying goes.
Sometimes it's not all about records, it's about how the player fits in the team. Proof of players not being up to it, but as part of a team they were different gravy is the 2010 team. What we don't need is to collect players again and then work out where to play them.I really can’t see all the excitement in this Dalby lad.

Yep bizarreI find all this a bit weird to be honest , most on here thrive on calling the Scottish prem a pub league, yet you are all foaming at the mouth over some fella that scored like half a dozen goals in England over a few years and has only seemed to bag in the errrr, pub league!!!
Automatic promotion 2 years running. Quite happily have swapped their team for ours.Yep bizarre
Playing in a pub league after struggling to get into a sh!te Wrexham team
I think you missed the irony in my postAutomatic promotion 2 years running. Quite happily have swapped their team for ours.
Anything is better than BeesleyI really can’t see all the excitement in this Dalby lad.

Have you watched any of the Dundee Utd games he's played in this season?I really can’t see all the excitement in this Dalby lad.

Because I did some work at Rochdale when I was doing my apprenticeship and saw it happening. I was there for 3 week and saw that happen with 2 diffrent players. They were in league 2 at the time and I was told it was common for it to happen in all leagues in football. How would you know its common for out of contract players to be wined and dined?

As I’ve said he’s had one decent season he’s done little all else prior to that.Have you watched any of the Dundee Utd games he's played in this season?
I've watched several, some of which against the Old Firm, and he still stood out as one of the better players on the pitch.
I suspect those that are keen for him to sign have probably seen what I have and think he'll strengthen our attack.
