Samsung android issues.

Anyone else having problems with the Samsung browser on android tablets and phones, particularly with the BBC site?
 
No I haven't but I've been a bit disappointed with my latest Samsung phone. I had an S7 and went to A72 which isn't anywhere near as good

The A series are a budget model. The S line are the flagships.

As a general point though, very little of huge note has really changed with phones in the last 10 years.
 
I've just sent a brand new S22 Ultra back for repairs, been used for 10 days only and the battery life and mobile signal have been shockingly bad. Been waiting to see if they improved with use but no had to send back and now waiting for return.

And here's me thinking it was just me.
Yes insy, always used BBC weather site.
Does eventually connect but has a good long think first.
Used Brave for AVFTT for quite a while to avoid adverts.
Might now make it my default browser.

Me too. I think it's since the last upgrade to the browser. It works fine on Chrome.
 
Bbc website seems to be fixed at least for me.

I'm guessing that the upgraded browser changed the way cookies were being handled and sone sites weren't supported, presumably not up to date. I expect the BBC have made a change.

Still have problems with a couple of other sites è.g ocado login but most things work
 
Problems with other websites are resolved too. That would imply a fix at the browser on the phone. Not sure how that works as I've not applied another update

Some of my issues, BBC included, are fixed but still can't access digital banking.

I've got a standard S22. Signal quality is shite compared to the Note 9 I had before.
