It sounds as if no stone will be left unturned to find the right man for the job.

With that in mind how do people come to the conclusion it’ll be his mate Hecky?

Is Heckingbottom the best coach currently available to us once all those stones have been flipped over? Is he heck as like!

Don't see an issue if it is Hecky.
The day us idiots pick a manager it really is time to give up.

It's third division football and it wouldn't matter if you get the best available it sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't.

Because while scouring the globe they randomly offered the job to Nathan Jones.
 
Give Ben Mansford a scouring pad and tell him to get on with it, and then get somebody who knows what they are doing to appoint a new manager. 🤓

tend to agree. Mansford is clearly aware of how appointing Heckingbottom will be perceived.... whether that’s fair or not. If he’s going to appoint him it needs to look like the first choice, not the last
