Our Jerry got 20+ when we were there
Just like Jerry did last season, this lad will find it difficult in the Championship.

All a league 1 player can do is perform in the division they are in. He's a different player to Yates in that he doesn't always play up front and was playing in a far less successful team that Yates was last year.

We haven't got the budget to sign the players who have performed in the championship to a high level so we're going to have to look for the players who may (like a number of our players) make the step up.

Yates did struggle to some extent, but he still finished the season as our top player for direct goal involvements and that was in a side whose tactics often played more to his weaknesses (he's non existent in the air) than his strengths (he's as good with the ball as anyone)

Interesting that a mate of mine is Lincoln based and so talks to fans there and they were more worried about Appleton getting our job than him taking Scully than of any of who was left from his reign. Very highly thought of ..
