I'm one of the 4,000, I had to ring the ticket office who put the thing right for me. But they were extremely helpful and updated my season ticket at the same time.

Just clicked on Tangerine TV and it says I don’t have a subscription even though I am up to date with payments Any ideas?

It won't be, as it will contain some who don't get season tickets, people like me who haven't yet renewed but will be doing etc.

Did you use the same email from your last setup, if so I think it should transfer over of you are logged in should work.

The issue I have is no buttons stay on the video like they used to, so you cant pause it or make full screen.

The buttons are there, you see them fly down as soon as it starts, usually you tap the screen and they appear, but it does nothing so you cant pause, skip or anything.
