Expensive business watching football.

I can’t see them reducing the price. Especially not to Huddersfield prices. This summer is a bit different like but we had all this ‘well only sell x amount’ last year.

The football isn’t great but as usual it will come down to who we sign IMO.

The club is being subsidised to the tune of £4-£5M a season and yet some want season tickets at a knock down price. If we were to lower ours to those prices it wouldn't necessarily result in more income, chances are it would mean less, which would in turn impact on the playing budget. We need to find a decent balance and I'd say ~£350 is about right.

£300 more like it. Were a 3rd Division club watching turgid football.

We could have £200 season tickets if football didnt pay average 3rd div young lads £6k per week... I know its not just us, but really, £6k+ a week??

Ive always said the wages for a fortunate few are costing us, and killing the golden goose.... & YES of course I would take that money if offered, but wages are the biggest outlay for clubs outside the Prem.... & No I dont have a solution....

Will be over soon enough

I can see his assets frozen and the club sold to be honest

The writing has been on the wall since he left Hong Kong
It does give that sort of air off.

Have I Got News For You may give this a mention at 9 tonight in the odd one out section.

No major problem with 349, but it could be better.

I'd tap into the Uber fans who will pay extra- loads of ways to do that. You may drop the 349 a bit....329, or less, to cement the wavering fans.

I'd also give every U18 4 games a season where they can apply for 4 extra free tickets in the same price band (upto 1000 tickets perhaps). Try and attract some of the 1000 back in again. Family tickets, 2 A's 2K's and only 1 K gets charged.

It just requires will and thought.

If they rolled over then we put them to the sword, doesn’t matter what their approach is ffs

I’m furious with this season so I’m not acting with rose tinted glasses at all,

I’ll just approach it with facts instead of manipulating how things went to suit your agenda like a child.
You're the one crying like a baby because someone doesn't agree with your "words of wisdom"

Interestingly, I have just seen Hudds have released theirs, who are now obviously in the same league as us. They're very good value, after a poor season, especially the U11s at £49.

Was playing golf yesterday with one of my terrier supporting mates.
Told me they'd frozen prices from last season as, in their owners words, didn't deserve to increase the price after the season they'd had.

PNE:
Missing out on the early-bird prices will see an adult season-ticket holder paying £420 (Alan Kelly Town End and family zone), £495 (Sir Tom Finney Stand or the Invincibles Pavilion) and £550 (Premium). Those prices are up between 2.8 and 5% on last year’s prices.

Hartlepool Utd who finished 12th in the national league, prices for next season are £358 and that’s early bird.
I doubt the club will say, yes we are shit and play shit football so have them for £300.

It is quite ludicrous that 18 days after the season has ended that no details of season tickets have been released.
BST should, if they are the official fans spokes group, be sending out social media posts, issuing articles to the Gazette and publishing messages on here expressing their disappointment about the fact we are lagging behind in so many areas at the moment.

The BST Gazette article for May, published this week, does call for both a fan-friendly approach to ST prices and a fans forum during the summer open to all fans.

As to your wider point, there are lots of different ways of engaging with the club other than shouting at them. The biggest single development relevant to fans we have seen this year was the club's proposal "Seasiders Together" , and we put in a very full response - which you can read here.

The nearest to decent football? We actually played good football in several games. Bolton Barnsley Forest for three. It was a disappointing season but accuracy isn't too difficult to achieve when reflecting, if you try to be honest and balanced and give credit if it's due.
So if I give them credit for playing "good football" in three home games that's 3 out of at least 26 games ( sorry for any inaccuracy) Do you think that's acceptable ? I don't. IT WAS BORING !!!

You said we didn't even play decent football, not even once. I'd say we played good football at least three times and actually more than three. And decent football more than that.

I would guess there’s been a computer model done to show various options, full stadium with low prices, three quarters full with slightly lower than current, half full with current prices etc etc

There’s nobody at Blackpool on 6k plus a week
