season ticket

I'm 37, IT literate and can't buy a Junior Seasiders membership for love nor money. At first it thinks I'm a robot, then there's nowhere to enter my sons details, then when I try and check out its a constant spinning circle and days 'Redirecting to partner platform'.

The new website is awful.

I'm 62 on Friday and I managed to renew online fairly easily, 3-4 weeks ago , really I found it worked well , so dont be discouraged .

I've had problems in the past buying tickets online using a tablet, problems that didn't exist using a a laptop.

I attempted to buy grandson a Junior Seasiders membership and had same problem and gave up. Will go to club shop now but you shouldn't have too.

Just tried to renew my season ticket by clicking on the link in the email which takes me to the correct site. Then the only option is to buy one of the available tickets, not renew the one I have. Office closed now so I guess I’ll have to go there tomorrow.

Ring the club. They send packs out.

Its not been a good start, but thr website is great when it works, shame we've seen this sort of issue too much.

It should be at the bottom of the page if you scroll down. I made a similar mistake.

just bought my season ticket today online so bloody hard i may be 60 I'm pretty good ay IT wasn't so easy wondering how many other people found it hard. ?anyway all done really looking forward to it now wasn't my first choice appleton in fact last but he has come over quite well so lets get behind him and our team
Not has hard as getting to speak to a human being at the council offices. Now that is hard.

There should a a renew button on the main page of the eticketing site. If not you'll have to contact the club.

Not ideal is it this.

Thanks guys, but it’s just not there, I’ll contact the club tomorrow.
No problem. It looks like you've gone too far when you have the seating plan up on screen, like you've clicked the purchase season tickets button, which is for newbies.

I too had a nightmare buying my two their Junior Seasiders memberships.
Wouldnt allow me to assign them to my account, then got the message saying I was ineligible to qualify for the membership as my age wouldn’t allow it, so in the end done it all over the phone.

Ticket office lady ( who was excellent by the way ) told me the only way it seems to accept a junior seasider online is to create a new account , with an alternative email address for each of your family members.

Took her five minutes to do over the phone, and they arrived this morning.
Now each child has different client reference number , so looks like you can’t link them to your account.

You should be able link client references to your account.... 🤔

Wouldn't work for me. Wouldn't let me choose my current seat

We all had the same issue

Had to sort it at ticket office instead.

Yes I had the same experience on line. Ended up ringing the ticket office and they (hopefully) have updated my last years season ticket/card.Glad I didn't throw it away !!.

I think @Insider has hit the nail on the head - I have no problems on phone and computer but my tablet really struggles with BFC stuff (and for that matter many other bits -tried to renew my DBS licence the other day on a tablet and the page wouldn't load low enough for me to press the Next button!).

Paul, I had the same problem trying to do it on-line. I'm not a duffer about this sort of transaxcion.
I eventually phoned the club. Nice lady did ior for me in about 3 mins.

As we can only do about 3 - 4 home games with our young grandson, today we decided to buy 2 memberships.
I tried to do it online, but after an age, I failed, and decided to ring the ticket office. The lady sorted it in less than 10 minutes - good old fashion telephone communication :)
Posting them out is mandatory, so I did have to pay and admin fee & postage 😥

I really like the new site, its easy and slick and fine for me, but just a shame with the issues many have had.
