Should we build a side around Heneghan?

Interesting article about Heneghan deciding his future at the end of the season. I would say he is the Ian Hughes/Ian Evatt type player than we need to build a team around. All out in the Summer to sign him?

He's a decent defender, very solid at our level. His distribution leaves a bit to be desired for me.

I’d like to think whoever we build a side around can easily move up to the next level and steady the ship at a higher level. Heneghan is young and can still develop.
