Sick of clubs that are just too good

I'm getting really miffed with the almost constant winning ways of Celtic and Liverpool this season. How can any humans be perpetually good at any sport for so long? As they say "nobody's perfect", but here we are yet again - Celtic on their usual winning of the League looking ever more likely due to Rangers slipping too much of late. Oh, and not forgetting Liverpool of course - boring to the core. Along with Manure, I loathe despise and detest them both so much! High time they both slipped up.

Alright, I think Liverpool deserve to win the title after well over 20 years, instead of some of the recent winners, but they're just too good nearly all of the time. No losses in the League at Anfield for nearly 3 years! - very boring side. The gap this season just shows how different them and Man City can be, and I can bet Liverpool are strong favourites for at least one of the cups available. Yawn yawn yawn!

Celtic have won the Scottish Premiership in 8 consecutive seasons or so. Rangers too can be boring, but not as ridiculously excessive as those tossers Celtic. Also time that other clubs in the English and Scottish Premierships won the darn things, just for a change - as I said before we are only humans - nobody should be consistently perfect! Money doesn't cause brilliant players every time - just look at that Pogba character from United - Cesspit as I've nicknamed them (or Manure as they are commonly known) - 89 million quid and not offering too much in the end. Cesspit have thankfully done crap most of the time this season.

Hopefully from next season the tide will turn, and other clubs can take the leash. I'll then be a much happier bunny! Also, The Seasiders should take a leaf out of some of these top professional clubs, and we might then display better football and improved results, instead of this long-running stretch of boredom and dissatisfaction. UTMP!!!

I get the drift of what you are saying but throughout the pyramid there are 'glass ceilings' everywhere-mine is the top of the Championship where the amount of money getting chucked at is is quite unbelievable.
Looking at clubs like say Rotherham and Barnsley its impossible for them to maintain a Championship spot,so they 'yo-yo' between the two divisions giving supporters seasons of joy and despair (almost) simultaneously.

Its the same right through the leagues and its ruined football in my view.

If we are to believe that winning is boring as you suggest then I think you will find that Rangers - 54 times champions of Scotland - are more boring than Celtic.

So constant winning is no good, and long-running stretches of not winning is no good either.
Right. 😕

Plumbs - couldn't agree with you more. And as for that stupid VAR - it's a worry if this ridiculous system was implemented in further divisions and competitions, as it could seriously affect results and fan reactions - fans jubilant if the players score, followed by potentially several moments waiting for a check, and the goal being disallowed to make the fans become upset or outraged at the decisions. Penalties and bookings are also checked for, and could mean the difference between a good and bad result.

Soz Seaside2020 and Ronji. Just wish different clubs rather than these top ones could take their place for a change, and the game would be more interesting then - just look at Leicester City winning the Premier League a few years ago - after massive odds against them doing so. Maybe a similar thing could possibly happen again soon within a few decades!!! - who knows?!

Because the amount of money available to them has become increasingly the biggest factor in determining the chances of a club`s success the gap as well as the money has got bigger and bigger and is very unlikely to change.

Before the maximum wage was abolished at the start of the sixties we were consistently one of the top teams in the country.Sadly that will never happen in the modern era where cash is king.
