After 3 u turns in a Month Starmer may be a decent lawyer but as a politician he’s useless. At the October conference the membership should get rid.
He wasn't even that.....I knowStarmer may be a decent lawyer
That’s very kind good to be backWelcome back Phil.
You know sod all.He wasn't even that.....I know
4, the island of strangers speech. Ironically that apparently polled well, but not with his voters. After 3 u turns in a Month Starmer may be a decent lawyer but as a politician he’s useless. At the October conference the membership should get rid.
I agree, he really doesn’t give a xuck and will carry on regardlessHe's going nowhere for at least two years yet.
He will be the scapegoat for everything- 4 more years until the next election and a lot will happen between now and then.
Are all female politicians to be judged on their appearance? At least Angela Rayner has said this morning that she has no interest in becoming Prime Minister as it would ruin her good looks.
Pardon me while I fall on the floor laughing!!!
Wouldn't bet on that ChunksHe's going nowhere for at least two years yet.
She could go in a sack of hungry ferrets and still come out better than she looks and dresses now.At least Angela Rayner has said this morning that she has no interest in becoming Prime Minister as it would ruin her good looks.

She mentioned it by that quote, or are you making mischief again...Are all female politicians to be judged on their appearance?
She was obviously making a joke, something the right aren't good at picking up, being humourless, as can be seen by the dearth of right wing comedians. Jim Davidson, Geoff Northcott, ....errrShe mentioned it by that quote, or are you making mischief again...
% is pointelss with that small a number. He's doing abetter job of keeping his MP's than Reform has who've now lost 40% of them.
I campainged for the rebels on the shocking disabilty bill in my own small way, I wish I could have done more. That's the difference between you and I, I go on facts and you have a narrative you will never deviate from. I think your better than that.% is pointelss with that small a number.
Hes also basically lost his whole party and is u-turning to his rebels.
No I just see the bigger picture on what right now is the best hope to sweep aside the 2 party system and bring in fundamental change.I campainged for the rebels on the shocking disabilty bill in my own small way, I wish I could have done more. Oh it's just you that sees the bigger picture I agree. In the unlikely event Reform sweep to victory (they won't ever) here is what happen. Assuming they last 5 years (they won't) they will vanish without trace as the hegemon takes hold again. They are a bunch of rabble, incapable of governing because they seriously believe intentions trump policy. The real world doesn't work like that and that's why Reform will never happen. No I just see the bigger picture on what right now is the best hope to sweep aside the 2 party system and bring in fundamental change.
No you don't and no I don't, thats just wrong.
There's a lot they wont do, they won't pass 30% in the polls, won't win local elections etc etc.Oh it's just you that sees the bigger picture I agree. I'm realistic you are not, yet you know how politics work in this country. The problem is the establishment aren't afaid of them so nothing will change just Tories mk2. If they get lucky they will be in coalition with Tories mk1. A Lib/Lab pact is far more likely in 2029.There's a lot they wont do, they won't pass 30% in the polls, won't win local elections etc etc.
Tbh it doesn't matter if it's not reform as long as change happens and it's coming.
You're definitely bitter and deluded about them.

If he was replaced, all we would hear from the right about the new Leader would beStarmer is a strange guy.
Obviously good at his real job but useless as PM.
If Labour want to stand any chance in the next election they have to replace him as Party Leader NOW.
Why have a GE when Labour already hold far more seats than the Tories do??If he was replaced, all we would hear from the right about the new Leader would be
“You weren’t elected”
“You don’t have a mandate”
“What we need is a general election so the winner has a mandate”
Are you disabled?I campainged for the rebels on the shocking disabilty bill in my own small way, I wish I could have done more. That's the difference between you and I, I go on facts and you have a narrative you will never deviate from. I think your better than that.
That sounds pretty similar to Labour in opposition, in fact I think you must have quoted them.If he was replaced, all we would hear from the right about the new Leader would be
“You weren’t elected”
“You don’t have a mandate”
“What we need is a general election so the winner has a mandate”
Yup, absolutely fecked from reckless lifestyle choices all my own doing I suspect. I didn't ask to be put on LCWRA but even the DWP recognised I won't work again, to me it felt like I'd given up. I applied for PIP and I will never humiliate myself like that again, I'd sooner starve. Are you disabled?

There is I need to see a consultant and so far I've been waiting 17 months. I don't think I'm a priority as I'm approaching retirement so the DWP can make my life a misery for couple of years or cut me some slack. I doubt I'll ever work commercially again but I'd like to think there's more to life than cricket threads! You sound like a smart ish bloke
Surely there is something you can do to work again?
It won't be much comfort, but I enjoy reading your posts. There is I need to see a consultant and so far I've been waiting 17 months.
