Some Good Performances Today

We’re still growing, new players, players having to play in strange positions. We will get it right I’m sure, believe.
 
Keshi looked awesome today breaking through the centre.
I would love to see a formation that can accommodate him through there with Kenny and Kev behind him.
Bowler scares defenders to death and we know the 2 terriers up front will work tirelessly.
 
I think Critchley made a big tactical error in bringing JJ on for Bowler on 89 minutes. We were immediately exposed on our right hand side and the winner followed from a cross on that side. JJ disappeared down the tunnel at 90 mins whilst the other players applauded the great support. Disappointing, we need the right character alongside the skill.
Other than that we played well, we deserved at least a point. Referee was awful, the Anderson foul he bottled as it would have been a red card.
 
The two Chizzies (Craig is far better than his Oystonyte dad ) were full of praise for the team's effort and fight, but Big Eki was singled out for special praise.
Playing Connolly at RB was a risk NC was prepared to make & he did say that if the lad makes a mistake then it's down to him (NC) - but no comfort, as ultimately that decision has cost us the game.
 
Ballard looked good again didn’t he (unfortunately). Surely he can’t be worse than the current Arsenal CBs?
