Spot the difference.

Under Bruce we lose the last two games - Evatt is appears to have a fair bit more of tactical ability - it’s the old cliche - when your playing not your best and still getting results , it’s a sign of a good team , especially when you are down to the bare bones

Played well for about 25 minutes over the two games. Absolutely battered by the team bottom of the table and a non-league team for the majority of both games. Haven't seen anything different in terms of quality on the ball since Bruce was sacked. Only slight difference is we press slightly better in certain situations. Evatt is going to need a couple of transfer windows I think, but we are genuinely going to be in a fight to stay up this season.

Bowler looking more his old self plus the added element of tackling back to the best of his ability
That was the standout for me following on from his video re changes since Evatt took over.
Showed far more responsibility & commitment than I've ever seen in Josh. Some of the passing & quick feet between him, Banks & Fletcher were excellent early doors. But credit to the Scunts for making a game of it.

Absolutely battered by Peterborough? In which alternative universe was that?

I didn't go ,so I can't really say ,but from the comments on here it seems people are getting a positive vibe ,but are some looking through tangerine tinted glasses . Some said we were still poor and you had the clown at the ground having a go at Evatt , but is there really improvement or are we seeing what we want to see?

The manager appears to be balanced in his approach. He sees what we see (and a huge amount more than most) and didn't pretend it's great.

I like that.

And in my house, he's currently known as 100% Evatt!
'And in my house, he's currently known as 100% Evatt!'

Clearly, from an inspired, and clever, household...

If it’s still the same at Christmas I’ll have that put on a personalised cushion for you.

By the same token, and I'm certainly not saying this 'will' happen, but, if the very encouraging start Evatt has clearly started to make begins to taper off slightly in the run-up to the festive season, your kindly proffered gift might just help to cushion any sense of anti-climax TSSeasider would inevitably begin to feel...
