He’s like those sheets you used to buy and put in a tumble dryer. You bought it because it was something new that might improve things, but didn’t really understand if it actually did anything. Sometimes you forgot to stick it in, other times you added into the mix, and the end result wasn’t really detectable. In the end you just put it away and forgot about it until it was out of date.
