I wonder if the staggered start dates for the Premier League , Championship , and lower leagues is a cause of some delays. Premier League Clubs are effectively 2 weeks behind and may not be ready yet to decide which younger players may possibly be sold or loaned out .

Very much, yes. That's probably why Bruce's deals aren't going to happen quickly.

Is this officially replacing Part 2 @Insider as the sequel name looks a bit Indiana Jones by the time we got to the dial of destiny - was no lost ark or temple of doom!

Seems Argyle are also in for Taylor. We need our proximity to Ireland and our Irish players to use their charm. I suspect the reason we haven't brought others in yet, is because we are still chasing Plan A.

Just had a look on the Plymouth forum. Plenty of 'surely to god we can beat Blackpool to his signature' comments.

Plymouth Argyle we are talking about...
Their brief stint in the Championship has given some delusions of grandeur. Losing their manager a few of their key players, some for good money, probably means they have greater financial clout but I don't really see them as a big club, a big club in Devon maybe.

Devon a nice part of the world tbf. Hopefully he’s mates with Peacock-Farrell

It's the arse end of nowhere though. Not much there for a 21 year old, far more around Blackpool. I hope SB is doing all he can to persuade him, we may offer him a better contract too.

Their keeper is also northern Irish and I think ahead of PF in the pecking order. Hazard he’s called.

You would hope Bruce has more shmooze than Cleverley does though. And flying to NI is cheaper and easier from the North West. Closer to Notts too

But it’ll all come down to money and sadly whoever offers his agent the most

They're a championship club. Big catchment area. Ground is looking good now as well. Traditionally not a big club - but should be imho.

Many of the single Blackpool players used to live in Warrington, which is an ideal location, as it is within easy reach of both Manchester and Liverpool nightlife. Apart from London, I can't think of a better location in which to meet and date good-looking women.
