Probably nothing in it but have noticed he’s liked BFC’s Twitter post about the friendly against Southport tomorrow.

Showing more than a passing interest?

Excitement Levels getting way too much now!

think I will construct an Oystons style ice bath in my back yard with a wheelie bin

He'd surely command a massive (by L1 standards) fee if any Championship clubs are interested in him, and there is no reason for them to loan him out again.

I just can't see it.

Edit to include: bringing back KDH for another year is probably more likely out of the two.

He said his time at Blackpool had been brilliant and if Bristol don't see him as an automatic selection it might be worth putting an offer in.
Not something that could have been entertained under the last regime but now anything is possible.
He would be a great signing that's for sure..the lad is positively Evoesque.

Wets brom were being linked with a £5 million pound move for him back in May. And the local Bristol journalist was surprised by the "modest" fee. So I'm not sure we could really put an offer in that wouldn't be laughed at.

Since the salary cap is now in operation it would be virtually impossible for us to offer high wages to any new signings. This is why we got seven signings completed before the cap took effect.

I suspect any top players coming in from now on will be loanees -- which does not exclude Taylor Moore.

Doubt Moore will be going anywhere until a new manager is appointed. If the new manager is the old assistant manager there may be half a chance of us having him back. They may not want him just yet, will unlikely want a rival to have him, and with West Brom being promoted they may well have their sights set elsewhere/higher. A loan could work again for Bristol if they have a long term plan for him but not an immediate need. Unlikely though.

Is it just me? He was a reasonable central defender but he didn’t stand out as being that good. Or am I missing something? We didn’t seem to win that many with him playing

All a matter of opinion really.
I think he's got a good future ahead. Not sure where the £5m valuation came from though.

He just looks dominant and forward thinking and has a fantastic build. I think he probably is worth a couple of milllion but not five. Either way we can only get him on loan realistically.

Signing Taylor Moore on a season long loan would be immense. He is not the finished article and was probably loaned out to toughen him up a bit. He looks a natural born leader. No doubt NC will have some irons in the fire the centre of defence definitely needs beefing up a bit.

He's still very well thought of at Bristol City, they're on the verge of appointing a new manager so I imagine Dean Holden (if it's him) will want to have a look. I very much doubt they'd send him out on loan, it was baffling why Lee Johnson sent him out on loan in the first place.

He started in a blaze of glory but a few mistakes were starting to creep into his game, a bit like Heneghan. It must be down to the coaching. 😉
