The 88th minute Departartures

It's been that sort of season, I was mid rant having seen the goal flash for their equaliser only for Sky Sports to go over mid celebration for our winner. I rarely leave early, although I did sod off to the pub when Gillingham's 3rd went in last season. I wouldn't blame anyone for heading off but missing a last minute winner in a derby match would seriously grate me. I'm still naffed off this game was pushed to a Tuesday when I can't get back.

Each to their own, seems little point to me in sticking out 88 minutes of Pool at the moment .... and not doing the extra few if we are drawing.

Agree a good few got up and walked out on that Bolton goal.

My gripe is the jobsworth stewards after full time made you exit the south by the extreme west exit but 30 seconds later you could still mingle with the Bolton fans outside WTF?
Also the double doors only one half open and a steward just stood there everyone telling him to open the other half of door to ease congestion and he just looked at you shrugged his shoulders and smiled, thick as pig shit just where do we get them from?

There wasnโ€™t that many who left tbh. I have done Iโ€™ll admit in the past but legged it for a p@ss when they scored but was back to see our winner

If you have a valid reason for leaving like illness etc then fine, but walking out just cos we have conceeded an equaliser is poor form. I have never left early for that reason. We have been a few goals down before now and I have stayed until the players walk off the pitch. Karma served for anyone who left early last night ๐Ÿ˜‚
Well more fool you then!! Hahaha only joking, each to their own fella

Quite a few Bolton fans will have missed their equaliser AND our winner as they were trudging out @10 mins to go!

In games like last night why aren't the away fans kept behind for 15 minutes to allow the crowds to disperse?

I know. I have endured some beatings to the death. I just can't grasp walking out on the 88th with potentially a few minutes left as there is always time added on now. Edit to add when the game is even at 1 all I mean. Would get it at 3 nil down.

Just heard there was a bit of trouble leaving Bloomfield Rd last night, some Bolton scum had a go at a family walking down Bloomfield Rd - one of them got a smack on the nose - it soon stopped when the law got in the way.

If I heard one person say 'same old Blackpool' I heard a few thousand! I can't say I blame them on a freezing cold night but glad I wasn't one of them!

Yeah sounds completely pointless to divert people as not to mix yet walk round the stadium and there they are mixing anyway. Some common sense required.

Yes mate they were just walking to their car, a family but the cowards or one them got a smack and the rest legged it - same old Bolton

When Bolton scored some on our row decided to leave with one clearly mutteringโ€ well I wonโ€™t be here Saturday thatโ€™s for certainโ€œ,although I have to say I was pretty annoyed to say the least myself but then โ€hey prestoโ€ a winner to savour against the team and fans who top my hate list.

As for the after match exiting policy from the South it is โ€œ a jokeโ€.Everyone funnelled out of the south at the โ€œ sea endโ€ only to walk straight into the Bolton fans coming the other way.
Donโ€™t the club realise that many home fans tend to park in the Bloomfield/ Revoe area while the away often use the car parks off Seasider way.Not a problem for most games butโ€ Boltonโ€ ridiculous particularly for a night match. They should have been kept in to allow the police to move the home fans on.

On field entertainment, good attacking football, nervous energy when they were sat back, relief when winner went in. Whatever it was felt decidedly warmer at the end of the match than at the beginning.
