The Old West Stand Car Park

Someone mentioned it in another thread. Anyone remember whether that was free or if you had to but a ticket and was it just a free for all to get on? Always remember parking there with my Dad as kids.

I parked there for a while , I think Owen included it with your season ticket. Back then it was just mud and cinders .

When I parked there it was always free.
That is going back before the improvements were made.
I parker under the No1 club,Henry St,Tangerine nightspot.All free.

I used to park on the old Tangerine Club car park that was free as well.

Because it was the old train track. Not a proper road.

This was sometimes my entrance in to watch the mighty pool. bit like escape to victory we had to duck down until the steward walked past then navigate over the barbed wire happy teenage memories.

As shocking as that picture is and how ramshackle the place looks, I'd love to go and watch a game one final time in that old ground!
