Anyone have a list of the Perfect 10 wins and just wondering whether any of the results stood out in particular?
1 - 2 is an outrageous scoreline with the amount of great chances Parker missed, if we hadn't gone on to win overall it would have been a travesty!
Those last 5 performances were all fantastic. Swansea of course stands out but we were excellent the previous game against Scunthorpe, when we had Brandon sent off in the first half but still outplayed them. And we battered Oldham in the first leg, 2-1 didn't do it justice.
Remember screaming my lungs out at Parkers constant chances. He scored that screamer in the home leg, possibly the most difficult chance Kind of summed him up really.1 - 2 is an outrageous scoreline with the amount of great chances Parker missed, if we hadn't gone on to win overall it would have been a travesty!
He routinely seemed to miss easy chances, put him through one on one and he'd miss but if you got the ball to him outside the box 20 yards out and he'll curl it top corner. DJ was similar in that regard.Remember screaming my lungs out at Parkers constant chances. He scored that screamer in the home leg, possibly the most difficult chance Kind of summed him up really.
That 3-2 game with Tranmere, was that the game the benches kicked off? I seem to remember Jason Mcateer swinging a fist at someone
Never forget that Cheltenham game. Ten minutes left, and the ball fell to Southern 25 yards out. "Don't shoot" was the cry, Followed by "Yeeeessssssssssss!!!!!!!". Seem to remember Joe Hart saving a penalty as well.

yes, i remember trudging out of Milmoor and through that old scrapyard very despondentThe game before the 10 wins started was a defeat away at Rotherham who at the time were bottom of the division and our two games before we'd won at Yeovil and Bradford.

Happy days.I think it was about 3 or 4 minutes left.
After the final whistle my group went straight back to the Kemble Brewery Inn, which was our last pub pre-match.Happy days.
Great day out, behind that goal was packed with Pool, it was probably the worst we played out of all the perfect 10 but the momentum was with us!I remember that match like it was yesterday. Crappy old ground but cracking day out. What a strike by Southern

And he thought that it was the Huddersfield fans making all the noise until he came out of the tunnel and saw it was the Pool singing loud and proudAway game at Huddersfield 9th April 2007 , Joe Hart's first game and most of us didnt know who he was, he made an unbelievably acrobatic save after about 5 minutes - and we said "Oh wow, who is he , did I just see that happen ?"
