I generally think it’s a good show, really well produced. Maybe it’s a testament to how good it is that I can’t help but think of ways it could be better
Ged Mills strikes me as somebody more comfortable on radio, always avoids eye contact and holds his hands between his legs like you would in a cold assembly morning at school. His professionalism and his presenting is absolutely fine, just with the show being so well produced I’d like to either see him improve a bit or maybe we could get somebody else, like Jon Robb perhaps? Or a couple of lads from the Seasiders podcast would even be loads better IMO.
Then there’s the heavy reliance on Andy Preece as the special guest 80% of the time... again a thorough professional with valuable insight but their conversations get very predictable and sometimes just feel like going through the motions. His opinion always seems to be ‘could go either way’ on everything as well. I would like to see a fan’s perspective in it somewhere too.
Just my 7am thoughts.
