Who has used the block button, if you have, how many have you blocked?

I personally don't see the need for it.

Is it really needed?
 
I won’t be blocking anyone.....why would a non snowy do that? How would a thread make any sense if some of the posts were missing from the person you had blocked that other posters were replying to? It’s a bit 💋 to me tbh
 
No reason to block on here. We will all often differ in opinions at times, part and parcel of being football fans. Good old fashioned debates are far better than the blocked persons comments missing for sure
 
I have done a test block on Allez just to see how it works. I’ll undo it as you just avoid the threads easy really.
Edit. Consider yourself unblocked Allez 😁
 
Well I can't even figure out where the "block" button is , I'll just ignore threads by certain people & stop reading those that get hijacked . Its Simple really . Though would be fun if AVFTT ran a table on who was most blocked 😁

Beds, you just click in their avatar and choose “block” but only ponces do that sort of thing so you wont need it mate
 
Yeah no point using it. Take all opinions in no matter how daft and then have a better idea of what people think. Better to undo idiots with logic.

Infact, it what this board is all about, arguments, debates and even daft people.

Makes it enjoyable.

I dont think it's anything to do with taking on board other peoples opinions, and more to do with the fact that some posters are painful to read.

I haven't blocked anyone yet, but if a few of the clowns from the other board come over, I could well be tempted to.
 
I've never blocked anyone ever on any form of internet but I'm not arsed if they wish to block me for whatever reason. If someone wants to disagree they can, but they're under no obligation to care about my opinion at all

It's like a pub, you don't *have* to listen to the guy at the bar, you can sit in the corner and talk to your mate if you want.

Don't see why anyone has an opinion on it. I don't get what opinion there is to have.

They're both pointless, but Giro is not quite as repetitive....If they were both dogshit, Giro would be a firm one tucked away at the side of the pavement, whereas Paulco is one of those runny ones where the owner has dragged the dog along and it's ended up smeared all over the shop.
 
Must say in terms of how this board operates when we're back to the mundanity of talking nonsense, this new system of blocking and reporting should make the mods life a lot easier!
