I’ve never been before but it is a beautiful, beautiful part of the World. We’ve been lucky with the weather too, based in Askrigg, walking everyday with the Duchess and dogs and then dropping into the lovely villages and Towns.

Just thought I’d share. We’ll be coming back 👍

Walked all over place in Yorkshire Dales but last time we went about a year & half ago storm Ali or whatever it was called hit when we were at top of rogans seat, not too far from where you are now.👍

The AVFTT Walking Club has done a few jaunts into the Dales
Fantastic area
My particular favourite being the Wharfedale section of the Dales Way - can't beat a good riverside walk

The Dales have my heart. Askrigg is lovely and the pub there was the setting for the Drovers Arms from the original All Creatures Great and Small. Middleham is a small place close to Askrigg with castle ruins and a famous jockeys stables there, can’t remember which one and Leyburn down the road is a nice small market town. Massive county, loads of stunning places like Malham Cove. Enjoy 👍

Malham Cove is stunning.
Did the Yorks 3 Peak challenge last year. Great day. Started off in rain and couldn't see much. Ended in glorious sunshine. The views were amazing at the end
