I think the threat of legal action might have been behind this - there have been blocks on releasing details previously. I guess on the flip side it helps the alleged victim so his/her details cant be leaked also, indeed for AVFTT I'd leave the subject matter here.
 
The allegations came out after he was formally charged but your usual reminder he remains innocent until proven guilty. I would have thought you guys having made such utter fools of yourselves so often would at least show a little caution this time.

I do enjoy it when people try and demean other people but make themselves look completely stupid.

I would say 99% of football fans have known it’s him for about 2.5 years.

That's not what Bill is saying. He's saying that whilst the player has been charged, he is currently innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law in front of a jury.

They have heard the allegations as I did, does that make him guilty? Are you familiar with concepts such as innocent until proven guilty and due process? I really do despise you and your ilk.

Are you being a plank on purpose? The allegations come first, the police and CPS decide if there is a case to answer and then comes a trial. If he is found guilty let the breast beating begin, until then he is innocent. I don't think you've got the hang of how the criminal justice system works.

Where have I said he’s guilty?

I’ve just said everybody knew it was him but you said the allegations came out after he was charged?

The point of the O/P was it’s more than moody that just a few days after his contract ends with Arsenal… he gets charged.

Arsenal have known all along & operated different to Man City with Mendy (who got off) and Everton with Sigurdsson…

Hope that clears it up when you sober up.

Very strange the CPS did nothing until now ?? Surely Arsenal should have investigated not coming out rosey for them!!! Large companies usually would suspend pending police investigation then either internal or drop investigation .😢😢🍊🍊

You specifically said the allegations came after he was charged. For someone playing the 'innocent until proven guilty' card, I'm surprised you support a legal system that allows people to be charged first and then allegations made afterwards. Seems very North Korea to me, but then I am a 'plank'...

I said no such thing, learn to read. I said the allegations came out (ie made public) after he was charged. Only a plank would assume that means charges came before the allegations. Clear?
