Since the Homecoming Game against Southend and what a truly emotional and momentous day that was! It’s up there with the Pickering night and the 2010 Play Off Final but for very different reasons for me, a day l thought l would never see again in my lifetime and a day that brought us back together again as one! And look what’s happened since in a very short but fantastic period of time, and what a time to be a Pool supporter again, loud and proud 👏👏👏👏👏

Will never ever forget that day. The first time I’d taken my eldest to a Blackpool game, think I hadn’t been to a game for 2/3 years myself and when the players came out of the tunnel I actually remember shaking and weeping…..the emotion that had built up just had to release its self without me even realising. IMO it makes what is happening right now 100% better and at this point I’ve never ever been happier as a Blackpool fan.

Yes agree with all that the day we got OUR Club back , I felt on that day now we have a FUTURE and you can see now how its all developing.
Wonderful times ahead for all Blackpool fans , embrace it all I certainly am ,UTMP

A very special day never to be forgotten.
An amazing day and great to meet you and the missus for the first time 👍

The noise, the smells, the jelly and ice cream, 14000 happy Seasiders. Seeing the green turf of Bloomfield Road again after those years. Drove home without a voice, had to use sign language in the garage when I filled up 😂

And my only appearance ever on YouTube!

I was in the tunnel before the game as a few of us were laying wreaths behind the goals. For a few seconds I got that buzz that players must get as we walked out. To this day the hairs on the back of my neck go up thinking about that moment we walked out into that swarm of tangerine. Made everything worthwhile for me and I'm forever grateful I was able to have that experience

That’s just made the hairs on the back of my neck go up reading that, a great moment for you.

Emotional day
Remember more about the pre-match entertainment in the Bloomfield and the ground than the anti-climactic game, although our second equaliser summed up the buoyant mood of us all and, looking at the fortunes of both clubs since that day, feel the occasion was as, if not more important than May 2010

Have we got any players left in the squad now that were with us three years ago?
I'm guessing we haven't.

Yes there were a few near me who I knew. I said to them what's it like to see a crowd. One of them replied bet none of you will come again.
Got a few dirty looks off some of them that proper hated me. Absolutely loved winking at them. Glad I'm in the north now.

I was on the balcony that day next to an old chap wiping away tears with a tissue pre-match. Never heard noise like it at BR even in the Prem season.
