The clown is back in court for his employment tribunal, this should be interesting

That's the one
Have just replied mate...... I didnโt even know that this facility was available on here@Martonmosser you have a pm
Think they might be waiting to see what public interest there is PeteI would have thought they will severely restrict any members of the public under the Rule of 6 and social distancing guideloines. To be honest, I am surprised that someone hasn't requested a video hearing, but KOs spouse may have taken his laptop for being a naughty boy.
It would have been good if it had been broadcast live
A basic tenet of our judicial system is that it is done in the open, as part of justice being seen to be done. COVID shouldn't affect that, although numbers might be limited.Provision is made for public observance within current guidance; so best to ring and express your interest in attending (I have )
Thatโs very true Wiz but you got to let them know how many they need to make room for.A basic tenet of our judicial system is that it is done in the open, as part of justice being seen to be done. COVID shouldn't affect that, although numbers might be limited.
DefinitelyIn all seriousness, I think a high level of expressions of interest in attending will actually help the club's case.
Definitely
For onceMust be right then.
For once
I wouldn't have thought so. Not sure of its relevance. He might have to declare what he was on, which would be interesting seeing as we were paying for it.Will he have to declare his current financial status and what earnings he is currently receiving?
Is he not on the dole.I wouldn't have thought so. Not sure of its relevance. He might have to declare what he was on, which would be interesting seeing as we were paying for it.
Bump and for Pete this is a hearing that would be open to the public in normal times.Surely that facility is for those participating in the hearing, not the general public?
He is representing himselfWho i advising him that he has a case? I hope its no win no fee or he is fecked.
Will it go passed 1 hour?He is representing himself
Yes, Monday is the reading day and the tribunal lasts from Tuesday-Thursday. Then the week after is the unpaid wages claim. Will it go passed 1 hour?
we aren't allowed because of covid, a video link will be provided to watch, the witnesses being called have to sit in another room due to seating restrictions.Do we have any live reporters?
These things sometimes can be more interesting than it seemsReally, really could not give two shiny shites. Weird how some want to cling on to the 'good old days' when Oyston was the reason for the club doing so badly! Maybe now they've gone, we are being exposed as a club.
A lot of the lads interested in this were put through the mill by the Oystons and those who were not support those that were.Really, really could not give two shiny shites. Well said Angel.A lot of the lads interested in this were put through the mill by the Oystons and those who were not support those that were.
Not weird at all.
Good luck with your day in Court.Only 9 people allowed, I'm up first on Wednesday but have to go Tuesday just in case it's running ahead of schedule. Nervous but excited to see the end of koko being involved in our club so we never have to talk about him again.
