Vaccines for kids

What’s the science behind it say?
It'll be safe and the science probably says whats been said all along, the more who have this vaccine the more people have a reduced chance of passing it on, ( mainly for adults a lot less risk of anything serious coming of it) means less covid in society, less chance for mutations, less death's, less illness.

It means a chance to get on top of it as it means more time to get ahead of variants.

I think if all adults are vaccinated and kids not its providing a breeding ground for it still to spread. Ideally if the whole UK was vaccinated the virus would spread so infrequently that it would probably almost disappear.

Apply that to the world and normaility is virtually restored imo.

Yeah go with the science every time for me.
As I asked an anti vacc on the other thread to post the science behind his concerns from a reputable source (nothing came back).
I don’t want a social media commentator or a politician- I will follow eminent scientists who follow procedures and give best knowledge answers.

What’s the science behind it say?

It's an ethically grey area, because kids generally don't suffer serious illness, so don't really benefit from the vaccine, which means that the small risk that is involved in taking it can still outweigh the likely benefit.

Essentially they're being vaccinated for the benefit of other people, and that's something that medical professionals are uncomfortable with.

My teen says she would not have one. I asked why. Got the usual, "because.." . Then bedroom door in my face.
