Hi lads & lassies,

I’m travelling down from Dundee next week with my partner and her dance school for the World Dance Championships.

Gonna get a ticket for the game against Swansea. I was wondering what’s the best pub to go to before the game to meet same fans. I’m sure we could share Charlie Adam stories seen as he’s a Dundee lad and a legend for both teams👌🏼

Any info would be appreciated
Cheers

Depends what you like - if you like real ale then Cask and Tap on Topping Street although it’s not near the ground.

Contact the club first about getting yourself a ticket, its usually only people with previous purchase history on club database that can buy them. Don't just chance it turning up on the day.

Dundee are my Scottish team, have been since I attended the Dundee derby at Tannadice in August 1979, when on holiday in St Andrews. Think it might have been the first game of the season, after Dundee had just been promoted. Anyway, I decided to support the away team, as the underdog at that time, and because the fans were louder. Lost 3-0 if I remember.

Hope you enjoy your visit to Bloomfield Road. I’m sure the lads in the Armfield will make you welcome.
