Don't think so.

Lavery scored 7 goals in 13 appearances before his injury. Zero goals in 7 appearances since he returned. We need him firing again.

I don't know but Lavery was first name on the team sheet before his injury. Yates looks to be upping his game now and dealing with the higher level. Makes it a tricky choice but Lavery needs to play his way back into form. Maybe as a sub for now.
