Water firms (again) to introduce 'Surge Pricing' in hot spells.

Since privatisation no new reservoirs built but loads gone and redeveloped. My son lives on a former reservoir site in West Leeds, ironically there is a hose pipe ban in the area.
Actually, I think they did build a load during the 90s and 00s, it's only since CCA 2008 that they haven't built any.

What's the point in having an opinion, if you can't back it up with evidence?
I've provided evidence of the lack of reservoirs built and others sold off, reducing the overall capacity.

Feel free to show me evidence of all those reservoirs built by the privatised industry increasing water volume capacity.

A couple of friends are metered, and are paying 1/3 of the unmetered rate, so it all depends on circumstances.
I have big flower beds, fruit trees and bushes, 3 kids, two ponds that evaporate rapidly. Luckily I am supplied by Kielder and Derwent, which are huge reservoirs built for defunct Steel industry. My bills are lower than my mother in law who lives by herself and is house bound.
