Agree with his line that if you have a core of players who have the ability and the desire to succeed then you will - whilst Ollie played his part it was the players who ultimately got us to where we were from 2007-2011 - and I'd say we have 4/5 of those players now but are lacking those 2/3 to get us over the line.

There were more than a core few in that team once the ball started rolling and even what you would class as slightly average(lesser lights) players turned into well-oiled machines.
But you are correct and wondering if there is a bigger interview to come from that clip.
